C-Learning, a non-profit foundation, created the Principals’ institute in 2010. The goal is to make the concepts in the document, Creating a New Vision for Public Education in Texas, operational at the campus level. The Institute focuses on transformation that is aligned with the principles from the document. It also addresses the leadership skills necessary to lead and sustain transformation over time. Principals from the first two cohorts will share their experiences in the Institute and examples of transformation taking place on their campuses as a result of those experiences.
